2020 wasn’t the year any of us expected, but the Rubin Observatory Project reached some significant milestones despite challenges that affected travel and access to physical facilities. Here are some of the last twelve month’s achievements to celebrate:

What’s ahead for 2021? We are starting the process of re-baselining the Rubin Construction project to incorporate the delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. In the meantime, activities will proceed as safety allows. Milestones for 2021 include completion of the summit facility dome, and shipping of the LSST Camera to Chile.
